State & practice
What is your state?
Your state is what your system is doing right now—its energy, activation, emotions, sensations, and available capacity.
Where are you looking at what is happening from? That is a different question. It asks which position or lens is shaping what you can see, expect, and imagine in this moment.

State · vantage point · practice
Notice what is happening—and the place you are looking from.
Practice is the experiment between the two. First notice your current signals and the vantage point shaping your view. Then try one small input and look again. Did your state shift? Did your view widen? Did another response become available? The goal is not to correct yourself or force calm. It is to gather information and increase access and choice.
