Privacy
Collect less. Explain clearly. Protect what is kept.
This page describes the privacy contract for the current private review build. Final production language requires privacy and legal approval before real client information is accepted.

Current build
The contact preview does not deliver external email. Verified review accounts may save fictional intake and client-management test records, but real client information remains disabled. Payment, Zoom registration, and live email delivery are not yet connected.
Where Is Your State? data
Where Is Your State? stores drafts, recent check-ins, and palette choice in the browser on the device being used. It is separate from the client intake. Its ratings are not submitted with the intake or transmitted to Sonya, email, analytics, or an administrator dashboard. Local browser storage may be visible to other users of a shared device, and the tool provides a clear-device action.
Production intake plan
When enabled, completed and signed intake information will be sent to Sonya’s protected dashboard under the approved disclosure. Incomplete drafts will remain tied to the authenticated account. Sensitive answers will not be placed in URLs, analytics, logs, or email messages.
Confidentiality and legal limits
Sonya’s current intake states that information is treated as confidential and is not released without written consent except when disclosure is required or permitted by law, including certain safety, abuse or neglect, subpoena, court, or legal-authority situations. Final wording will be reviewed before launch.
